Kazakhstan Association of Professional Researchers of Society and Market (KAPIOR)
Information on how to join the KAPIOR, types of membership, benefits and advantages associated with the ability to be a member of the association.
Organizations that decide to become a member of the "KAPIOR" must submit the following documents to the Executive Director of KAPIOR:
1. Application for membership in the KAPIOR in the name of president on the organization and signed by the first person of organization with round seal of the organization.
Application Form:
After reviewing the Charter and a list of main long-term objectives of the Association, (name of organization) wishes to become a member of KAPIOR. Agreed with the Charter of the Association and undertake to carry out:
1. Certificate, signed and stamped by the head, that contains information about:
• mailing address of the organization;
• The full name of the head of organization, the full name of his position;
• Full name of Cheif accountant;
• Contact phone numbers of managers and Cheif accountant;
• Full name of contact person directly, his phone;
• Fax number of the organization;
• Internet and / or e-mail address of the organization and / or contact person (if any);
• Bank details of the organization (TIN, LIMITED LIABILITY OKONH, bank account, bank name, Kor / bank account, bank address, VAT number of the bank, the bank's BIC);
After receipt of the application, the Board of the Association decides to introduce the question of admission of new members to the Association to the General Meeting of the Association.
If an organization is accepted as a member of KAPIOR, organization acquires the rights and assumes the duties of the KAPIOR after payment of an entrance fee.
Categories of membership in the Association:
The Association has the following forms of membership:
а) permanent membership;
б) associated membership;
Permanent member of the Association.
• Constant or full membership in the Association is opened to all research companies that provides marketing services (or has units that provide marketing services).
• As well as any company engaged in research or consulting analytical, theoretical-conceptual work in the field of market research and having a successful experience, tried and tested techniques and tools of research.
Associated member of the Association.
• Associate membership in the Association is opened to all organizations providing marketing and consulting services or related activities
• As well as any company engaged in research or consulting analytical, theoretical-conceptual work in the field of market research and having a successful experience, tried and tested techniques and tools of research
• As well as any person who is a professional in the field of marketing, advertising or PR, having practical experience in business structures
Financial terms of membership: payment is quarterly, depending on the number of members in the organization - the more participants, the lower the payment for legal entities. To date, such amounts are:
• legal entity – from 4200 tenge per month and a one-time initial fee $400 in tenge
• individual -1200 tenge per month
