Volunteers and researchers from the Public Opinion Research Center (CIOM) have presented a study titled “Assessing the Issue of Homeless Animals in the Republic of Kazakhstan.” It examines public perceptions of why animals end up homeless, citizens’ level of awareness, and their readiness to take part in solving the problem.
